Education and clinical background
Mike earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy through the Army-Baylor University program in 2018 after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Wyoming. His clinical background includes orthopedic rehabilitation, military and tactical populations, movement assessment, strength-based care, manual therapy, dry needling and McKenzie-based evaluation.
More than two decades of Air Force service
Before building Flex Point in Wisconsin, Mike served more than 22 years in the United States Air Force and retired as a Major. His physical therapy assignments included caring for service members at Lackland Air Force Base and leading physical therapy services at RAF Lakenheath.
Why Flex Point exists
Mike wanted a practice where the provider has time to listen, evaluate the whole problem and help the patient understand the plan. Flex Point brings together the detail of physical therapy and the progression of performance coaching without treating either as an afterthought.
A golfer working with golfers
As a TPI Level 1 certified provider and an active golfer, Mike understands that golf performance is not simply about flexibility. It is the interaction of mobility, strength, balance, speed, control, practice and the individual swing.
